A "smart" power bar from Ikea or Home Depot is probably the easiest solution.
The cheapest off-the-shelf solution ($5) is probably an IR controlled relay module to use with a GPIO power supply. I don't have a recommendation, but here's a link to what I mean:

I know there are IR remotes you can buy for PC power/reset. They *might* work with the TinkerBoard's sleep/wake/reset header if you don't actually need to control power. The $5 relay might work for this, too.

thanks for your suggestion , i wanted to get something like this (see aliexpress link), i don't want a remote control i want it to wake up for any IR signal that i send , or a signal that i can program,
the thing is that i don't know how to wire it, it has three pins , which goes to GPIO, and what GPIO exactly , and i want it to be powered by the tinker board itself (to 3.3v or 5v)
