If I connected the TB power through the GPIO, can I connect the TB via Micro USB to the computer for working with ADB ???
Do I need to remove the power contacts from the Micro USB cable in this connection variant?
Really, so who did not connect?
The question is settled, you can connect! I was afraid there was no denouement and two phases would go on the power lines of GPIO and MicroUSB ...

what pin did you use to power the tb and what power supply?
Asus doesn't recommend to power through GPIO for whatever reason but I see no other way to use ADB through USB without doing it (you can always use ethernet but sometimes it isn't available).
If I was doing it, I think I could cut the power supply from the USB.
Thank you, but it's been settled. External power is connected via GPIO.
