Regarding the I2C pins at the GPIO:
1. Need to know if the I2C GPIO pins are 5V tolerant.
2. Does the I2C lines have internall pull-ups? If yes are they activated? Should I activate them somehow?

however in the schematics I can only see the I2C0 bus, which has pull-ups, 2K2, to 3.3V. Should I assume all the other I2C lines (I2C1 to I2C5) are the same?

For a failsafe situation it's preferable. Unfortunately I'm not documented.
