Have been able to successfully use pisupply's PoE hat for Raspberrypi on tinkerboard.

This is a Power over ethernet add on board to power tinkerboard. The add on board works out of the box on tinkerboard as the GPIO configuration and PCB layout are identical to that of raspberry pi.

Edit: Use the correct PoE injector for your splitter. There are two different types (active and passive).
I disagree that 2.4A is "plenty", but it should work for many.

Ideally, you'd find something that delivers 5V on 2 pins and ground on 2 pins to the GPIO header.

I really hope that the Tinker Board II has a barrel connector for power.
I'm with BeauSlim. I would also like to see a barrel connector.

Some of my projects are using the GPIO pins (4 and 6) to supply power rather than that USB socket. Does anybody see a problem with that?
