i plug headset in board the headset support mic & speaker , seems mic can not be use , while i open the recorder on android , it does not work ,
my question is how can i use mic on board ?

You need a 4 pin plug, the type used by several different devices like video cameras, smart phones and other sbc's. Like this one

So, has anyone actually made a mic work with this connector? I have a 4-connector adapter and stereo output is just fine after following the guidance about the pulse audio conf file. However I am not able to get the mic working. arecord -l shows two devices hw:0,0 and hw;0,1. But alsamix detects nothing on either channels with a line source connected. Pulse audio control is no help either. If anyone is using the input, I would appreciate any insight.
