Is there anyone on here I could pay to make a small aluminium or copper cube for me?  I basically need a cube of 15mm on a side to better adapt this aluminium case to cool the Tinker board.  I haven't yet taken accurate measurements but the supplied riser is slightly too small and isn't working at best possible transfer.
15x15x20(copper) is the smallest cut I could find in online stores so far..
If it's close, use a copper pad. Search ebay for "15x15 copper pad". They come in a thicknesses from .5mm to 2.5mm.

Do you have the link please?

Thanks but copper shims will not work because they would create multiple joints one between each piece and be a very poor conductor of heat, I did consider that though.
Very poor conductor? Only if you use the wrong thermal compound. I use this with these pads

It isn't cheap, but works very well. Don't use this if you plan on disassembling the components. Find the correct pad, then use this to attach the pad to your heatsink.
You might be able to find 15mm aluminum or copper dice.

Maybe something like this would work?

Yes, it's affordable. $8 plus $5.99 shipping makes it $13.99. Considering I paid $6.80 for 8 pads, that makes the adhesive the most expensive part. I got my adhesive as a gift from my supplier.
