Is there anyone who has experience from using the TB in a Nespi case? I have bought one and mounted the TB in the case. But the TB does not boot because it does not get any power. I should mention that the TB works fine when not installed in the Nespi case.
I do not have Nespi Case, but I saw this video before,
Share you, hope it can help.

here's my tinkerboard inside NesPi case ... running no issues of a PI 5V 2.5A power supply

have you put the GPIO plug on correctly???

Yes, the GPIO plug is correctly put. Question: have you made any modification to the Nespi case to make it work with the TB?

Thanks. I have seen that video, but I was hoping that I could use the Nespi case without modifications.

Yes, I have put the GPIO plug correctly. Have you made any modifications on the Nespi case, to make it work with the TB?
my NesPi case has no modifications ... as i said it is using a 5V 2.5A Raspberry Pi power supply ... zero issues at all
I too have mine in NESPi works fine
I solved the problem since I found out that the mini-USB contact on my cable connecting the power supply to the Nespi case, was not connecting properly when inserted into the Nespi case. So by changing the USB cable it now works as expected.
