A "smart" power bar from Ikea or Home Depot is probably the easiest solution.

The cheapest off-the-shelf solution ($5) is probably an IR controlled relay module to use with a GPIO power supply. I don't have a recommendation, but here's a link to what I mean:

https://www.amazon.com/12V-Remote-Control-Relay-Switch/dp/B06XHHNG65/ref=pd_sbs_23_6?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B06XHHNG65&pd_rd_r=CNT5JPQQKH991D5SNSQ6&pd_rd_w=8GPCa&pd_rd_wg=fBKUk&psc=1&refRID=CNT5JPQQKH991D5SNSQ6

I know there are IR remotes you can buy for PC power/reset. They *might* work with the TinkerBoard's sleep/wake/reset header if you don't actually need to control power. The $5 relay might work for this, too.

thanks for your suggestion , i wanted to get something like this (see aliexpress link), i don't want a remote control i want it to wake up for any IR signal that i send , or a signal that i can program,
the thing is that i don't know how to wire it, it has three pins , which goes to GPIO, and what GPIO exactly , and i want it to be powered by the tinker board itself (to 3.3v or 5v)
