About keyboard only navigation in TinkerOS
#1
I'm using my TB as media center box on my living room TV. Initially I opted for bt mouse as primary pointing device but now I settled for one of those cheap mini wireless  touch-pad/keyboard combos.

While it works just fine with ThinkerOS out of the box I noted that many "special" keys like XF86WWW/XF86Mail/XF86Tools are not mapped in default openbox configuration. Yeah I can edit .config/openbox/lxde-rc.xml myself but would it be nice if some of the keys would be mapped by default. Mute and volume up and down seems to be working though.

Chrome browser keyboard navigation is also well documented so no problems there.

My biggest challenge atm is TinkerOS default media player. Since to my knowledge it's the only GPU accelerated media player I obviously would like to use it. I haven't found any documentation about that player keyboard shortcuts support yet. Atm only way to use it with keyboard is to cycle trough all visual elements with TAB/Shift-TAB keys.
I'm temped to start writing scripts with help of xvkbd utility, but I hope there is easier way to smoothly use default media player with keyboard?
And if there isn't yet keyboard shortcuts support included would it be nice to have it in future releases. At lest standard play/pause button should work like almost in any other software media players out there.
