Static IP on Wifi Connection
#1
Has anybody had any luck setting up a static IP over a wlan connection?
  • I've tried editing dhcpcd.conf with no success.
  • I've also tried editing /etc/network/interfaces with no success.

It seems like adding anything to these files just breaks the network connections altogether.  Undecided

Thanks,
Rob

I use a gui app.
main menu -> preferences -> network connections
Select the interface and select edit.
