Better sleep quality after installation of f.lux.
Good evening.
It has been known for a long time that the blue component in the monitor image
leads to a significant delay in the formation of melatonin.
Melatonin is one of the main factors for healthy sleep and a timely fall asleep.

Since years there is the cross-platform project "f.lux", with whose software one can reduce
the blue portion in the monitor picture or the mobile phone screen, which leads to a
better sleep quality with screen workers/dependent mobile phone users.
I tried to install f.lux in TOS 2.0.8, but didn't manage.

Further information can be found on wikipedia, the f.lux project can be found on github.

Who can help me install f.lux on the Tinker board?

Peaceful and joyful Christmas and a happy new year to all of you.

Might this help you ?

Seasan's Greeting to you !!
Light blue words might be a link. Have you try to click on them? Big Grin

I now downloaded, what I believe to be for installation of f.lux,
but have no idea how to proceed.

I attach a screenshot of what I downloaded.

Thank you very much.
There are instructions included at the page bottom. It seems no attachment Wink
