Does version 3.4 work for you? 3.4 does not work for me, both the 128 GB version and the 16 GB version. Only version 3.2 works

That is what I use as the primary OS on my TB.  I have a TB S, and it works fine using the emmc version on the emmc of my S.  My only complaint with it is that I have a very hard time waking it up from sleeping.  I have a Raspberry Pi 3B+ and I can leave it on and come back to it 24+ hours later and easily wake it up.  I can't say the same for the TB (and I have it in developer mode with the option to not go to sleep when plugged in selected, no dice).  Outside of that, I have no issues and like it.

Oh, one issue I ran into with it when I first used SlashTV 3.4, and this may be your issue, was with the ATV launcher the developer has it automatically start with.  You may have to disable that. I posted what I did quite a while ago, but once I turned off the ATV launcher, I have not had any issues with it.

Edit:  Here is that thread about disabling the ATV launcher:  https://tinkerboarding.co.uk/forum/thread-2593.html
