How to to overrun the ISP`s DNS server?
Good afternoon.

Currently I am in Poland for vacancies and use a local ISP
(Virgin mobile) via my android handy as wifi hotspot.

Regrettably I can not open internet pages I need, for example
- some others

But many pages open very fast without problems.

An online test showed, that the ISP does not handle iPv6 adresses.

Is there a way to install a DNS resolver in
- TOS 2.0.8 or
- Chromium or
- Firefox ESP
to overrun the ISP`s DNS server?
