How to underclock Tinkerboard S
#1
Anyway to underclock the Tinkerbroad S to cool things down?  Normally temperature is not a problem but I have some applications where the unit is in a hot environment and the applications aren't CPU intensive.  Also passive cooling in those application is also desirable, fans just bring in more dirt.

Any graphics interface that make it easy?

armbian-config -> system -> CPU speed
Armbian. Lightweight Debian Stretch or Ubuntu Bionic for Tinker Board.

Anything in Linaro?

Just find out what script is needed to get the clock reduce to your specifications. So a bit of investigation on what the Armbian fellows wrote to get that done Tongue
I'm use to consult some wiki. But it might not fit with linaro style.

So you may have better luck on looking at debian or ubuntu wikis.
Light blue words might be a link. Have you try to click on them? Big Grin
