I fleshed "20190515-tinker-board-android-nougat-userdebug-v14.3.2.82"
with Etcher on 32 sd card (sandisk extreme)  .
I use raspberry Pi charger (5v , 2.5A)
but the board not booting
any ideas why?

hi vadimd,
it might be the 2.5A power charger [...
I use... NorthPada Power Supply AC Charger Adapter 5V 3A Micro USB 5 Feet with Power On / Off Switch...
3A works ok for me for both TinkerOS_Android 7 Nougat V14.3.2.82 &  TinkerOS_Debian V2.0.8...

hope it helps

If you have the Pi3 power adapter, it will work fine.

If you run from SD card, make sure the jumper is switched properly so the boot loader from the SD card is loaded.

Yes, it is most likely the jumper and needs to be set to "eMMC Recovery" mode
