no pause SPI clock pulse with SPIDEV xfer2 function

I'm newbie with ATB and I want to use SPI.
I have an issue with clock pulse when reading several bytes with function xfer2 from SPIDEV library.
With RPI with same function, there is a delay of approximately 6 µ sec between bytes.
On ATB, there is no delay between bytes so that the slave has no time to load new byte in his buffer.
Any idea how to solve this?

Thanks for any help.
