Greetings,

I'm using ubuntu on tinkerboard and I want to install userspaceio.
However it needs linux-headers-4.4.132-ELAR-Systems. 
Where can i download the source and header files for that kernel?

You need to upgrade from "Ubuntu" to Armbian.
Armbian. Lightweight Debian Stretch or Ubuntu Bionic for Tinker Board.
