Bricked Tinkerboard-S ?
#1
Hello again

I accidentally installed (and failed) Android OS on eMMC of the SBC
Now every time it boots it goes straight to Android Recovery Mode
and doesn't even recognises other OS's other than Android

I tried to boot straight from SDcard using the jumpers (but no cigar)

I would like to wipe my eMMC and install FedoraELAR or something similar
Because
I tried Tinker OS Debian and after reboot the system crashes
I tried Armbian Debian couldnt make Teamviewer...VNC..Leafpad...and Mozilla to work
I tried Android (hence the post) and I couldn't make Google Play to work
(And I tried the official ways and ETAPrime's way and all Youtube ways...But no luck)

And the only thing I wanted is to use it as a backup TV-BOX + PC Variant

This is Linux and you will need to invest some time to get some things working so starting with a good and supported base (not some kids images repacks from the internet) is your best chance.

I don't use Teamviewer or VNC, but there is a search engine on huge armbian knowledge base:
https://forum.armbian.com/topic/1767-teamviewer/
https://forum.armbian.com/search/?q=vnc&fromCSE=1

I have a Tinkerboard S on my desk running Armbian current, kernel 5.4.y and i tried:

- chromium works
- installed Firefox, watching youtube videos works, but no sound (don't use latest build - perhaps this is already fixed)
- leafpad works
- bluetooth works
- wifi works
- nework works

... no apparent troubles. Armbian on Tinkerboard is very usable.
Armbian. Lightweight Debian Stretch or Ubuntu Bionic for Tinker Board.

All this doesn't answer my question
Even if I install Armbian on my SDcard it goes straight to Android Recovery Mode

How to fix my Boot Sequence was my question

"bootinging from SD card on S model is possible in Maskrom mode." There is a link to the manual.
