I connected my I2C hardware pins to TB 

I made some searches, but I found nothing

How can I get data on Android?

You would need to write an app with wiringPi integration.
Or you write a small c binary that you can compile with ndk-build and is linked against wiringPi.
Or you can try this i2ctools I just uploaded here to check if your device is connected well.
