Need help in developing MIPI CSI driver

I am a newbie to mipi csi driver,I am develoing a sensor driver for tinker board s, The sensor's working configuration has been completed,I can also caputure the normal wave from oscilloscope,But when i use below script to test, it return "select timeout":

v4l2-ctl --verbose -d /dev/video0 --stream-mmap=2 --stream-to=/tmp/stream.out --stream-count=60 --stream-poll

VIDIOC_QUERYCAP: ok
VIDIOC_REQBUFS: ok
VIDIOC_QUERYBUF: ok
VIDIOC_QUERYBUF: ok
VIDIOC_QBUF: ok
VIDIOC_QUERYBUF: ok

VIDIOC_STREAMON: ok
select timeout


Do you guys have any documentation about mipi csi driver development? extremely grateful!!!
